{"id":29723,"date":"2025-09-05T13:57:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-05T11:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/addwill.eu\/?p=29723"},"modified":"2025-09-05T14:00:51","modified_gmt":"2025-09-05T12:00:51","slug":"festa-anual-destiu-daddwill-un-dia-per-connectar-i-celebrar-junts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/addwill.eu\/ca\/festa-anual-destiu-daddwill-un-dia-per-connectar-i-celebrar-junts\/","title":{"rendered":"Festa anual d\u2019estiu d\u2019addwill: un dia per connectar i celebrar junts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El passat 30 de juliol, <strong>addwill<\/strong> va organitzar la seva festa anual d\u2019estiu a Barcelona, per desitjar unes bones vacances a tot l\u2019equip i celebrar junts el seu cinqu\u00e8 aniversari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La trobada va ser una oportunitat \u00fanica per compartir moments distesos i con\u00e8ixer companys els quals habitualment no coincidirien, refor\u00e7ant els vincles entre les diferents delegacions, aix\u00ed com per agrair a tots els professional el seu esfor\u00e7 i dedicaci\u00f3 diari.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durant la jornada, els participants van gaudir d\u2019un pica-pica, i d\u2019una paella i fideu\u00e0 gegants, preparades especialment per l\u2019ocasi\u00f3. Tots els assistents portaven identificaci\u00f3 per facilitar la interacci\u00f3 i es van organitzar diverses activitats de team building, pensats per fomentar la filosofia d\u2019equip d\u2019<strong>addwill<\/strong> i valors com compartir, sumar i avan\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A <strong>addwill<\/strong>, apostem per crear espais que no nom\u00e9s reforcin els vincles professionals, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 permetin gaudir dels \u00e8xits compartits en un ambient proper i hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vine a con\u00e8ixer com treballem a <strong>addwill <\/strong>i com t\u2019acompanyem en els teus projectes.
