On October 2nd, addwill<\/strong> took part in the Esade Law Career Fair<\/strong>, an annual event organized by the Esade Careers<\/strong> team at their Pedralbes campus<\/strong>. The purpose of this fair is to help students transition into their professional careers, and we were proud to be one of the 48 firms participating<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Representing addwill<\/strong> at our booth were Albert Folguera<\/strong>, partner in the tax department; Nat\u00e0lia Luengo<\/strong>, HR director; and Rom\u00e1n Cortasa<\/strong>, a tax department professional.<\/p>\n Throughout the event, students had several ways to interact with the firms:<\/p>\n Company Pitch<\/strong>: short presentations giving an overview of each law firm and company.<\/p>\n A Day in the Life<\/strong>: talks that provided an in-depth look at the roles and responsibilities within different positions at a firm.<\/p>\n Booth Area<\/strong>: an open space where HR representatives could interact with students and answer general questions.<\/p>\n 1-on-1 Interviews<\/strong>: individual meetings with recruiters to kick off the selection process, subject to prior confirmation.<\/p>\n Selection Process Activities<\/strong>: group exercises, technical tests, and assessments conducted by some firms to evaluate candidates.<\/p>\n At addwill<\/strong>, we provide continuous training<\/strong> in specialized areas, internal training, and language courses, along with internship and job opportunities in various legal fields, including tax, corporate, civil, and labor law.<\/p>\n For us, participating in the ESADE<\/strong> fair was a fantastic opportunity<\/strong> to work alongside renowned firms and contribute to the professional growth of future talent. Our booth was a great meeting point where we could connect with students and offer them internships and job opportunities<\/strong> in our areas of expertise.<\/p>\n
