On November 13th, we hosted the online training session \u201cAnti-Fraud Law: New Invoicing Requirements. Veri*factu Regulation,\u201d<\/strong> led by Albert Folguera<\/strong>, Managing Partner of addwill<\/strong>\u2019s Tax Department and Associate Professor at the University of Barcelona.<\/p>\n During the session, we covered the latest updates to the Anti-Fraud Law<\/strong>, including the new Regulation and Ministerial Order<\/strong> outlining the requirements for invoicing software used by businesses and professionals. The training gave participants a clear understanding of the steps they need to take to comply with these new obligations, with a focus on ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of invoicing records.<\/p>\n It was also discussed what necessary changes ara needed to standardize formats to ensure compliance and reliability. Albert Folguera<\/strong> explained the differences between electronic invoicing rules and the Veri*factu Regulation, which requires businesses to send invoicing data continuously and accurately to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), while ensuring the highest levels of security and accuracy.<\/p>\n The session also featured insights from Jose Vicente Cobos<\/strong> and Juan Jos\u00e9 Ramos<\/strong>, experts from the technology company adiss<\/strong>, who presented software solutions tailored to the Veri*factu Regulation. These solutions, which can be partially funded through the Next Generation Digital Kit initiative, will help businesses meet the new requirements quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n This training was a great opportunity for participants to get up to speed with the upcoming obligations and optimize their invoicing systems to stay compliant with the new regulations.<\/p>\n
