All the roses we shared with our teams in the Barcelona offices came from the <strong>Talita Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Talita is a non-profit organization that has been working for over twenty years to promote the educational, social and professional inclusion of children and young people with intellectual disabilities. Through tailored support programs, the foundation helps ensure real opportunities for them to grow and reach their full potential.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The values it stands for \u2014 inclusion, respect, perseverance and commitment \u2014 are deeply aligned with <strong>addwill<\/strong>\u2019s culture.
