This long-overdue measure finally acknowledges the right to health and safety at work for a group historically left out of workplace protection laws.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To make this process easier, the National Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST) has created a <strong>dedicated tool on the free public platform <em>Prevenci\u00f3n10.es<\/em><\/strong>. This official service helps manage household workplace risks in a simple and accessible way\u2014no technical knowledge needed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><u>The tool automatically generates<\/u>:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A home-specific risk assessment report<\/li>\n<li>The preventive measures that need to be put in place<\/li>\n<li>Clear information for domestic staff on how to work safely and protect their health<\/li>\n<li>A system to track and document the implementation of these measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This resource allows employers not only to <strong>meet legal requirements<\/strong>, but also to <strong>inform and protect their domestic workers<\/strong>, helping improve working conditions in a meaningful way.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The process must be completed within <strong>six months<\/strong>, with a final <strong>deadline in November 2025<\/strong>.
