Albert Folguera<\/strong>, Tax Partner at addwill<\/strong>, and Beatriz Argil\u00e9s, Director of the firm\u2019s International Desk, attended the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG)<\/strong> World Conference, held at the Westin Excelsior Hotel in Rome, Italy, from 21 to 24 October 2025.<\/p>\n Albert Folguera<\/strong> represented addwill<\/strong> during the session \u201cResidence and Passports\u201d<\/strong>, where he analyzed the recent CJEU ruling on citizenship by investment and its implications for inbound tax incentives. It was a pleasure to join the panel alongside Joao Lu\u00eds Araujo<\/strong> and Gordon Mifsud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The ITSG<\/strong> is a global network of leading tax professionals in more than 50 countries, providing practical, creative, and high-quality international tax advice. Its members are recognized for their extensive experience in international tax planning and deep understanding of cross-border tax systems.<\/p>\n We were delighted to once again take part in the ITSG World Conference, a valuable opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and professionals from the international tax community.
