On Friday, December 19, 2025, the addwill <\/strong>team came together at the Renaissance Barcelona Fira Hotel<\/strong> for our annual Christmas lunchtime<\/strong> to step away from the day-to-day, celebrate the year, and spend time together.<\/p>\n The day started with a light snack and a first toast, giving everyone a chance to catch up and enjoy relaxed conversations with colleagues from our different offices. Before lunch, partners Sergi Rovira<\/strong> and David Andreu<\/strong> gave a short presentation highlighting three key themes: growth, team, and commitment.<\/p>\n 2025 has been a particularly meaningful year for addwill<\/strong>. We have seen sustained growth, but even more importantly, we have strengthened a project built on people, team culture, and professional and social responsibility. We looked back on the year\u2019s main milestones and celebrated what defines us as a firm: teamwork, trust, collaboration across departments, and a constant commitment to evolve while staying true to who we are.<\/p>\n None of this growth would be possible without the dedication, talent, and effort of everyone involved. It is also about team spirit, cohesion, and pride in belonging, all while keeping our eyes on the future.<\/p>\n After the presentation, lunch gave way to a lively table conversation, with relaxed chats, music, and toasts, moments that strengthened connections and team cohesion in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
