The event attracted 215 registered professionals.<\/p>\n During the session, Sergi Rovira explained the different Corporate Income Tax rates available in Spain and the criteria used to determine which rate applies in each case. He highlighted that two companies generating the same level of profit can end up paying different amounts of tax depending on their specific circumstances and the tax regime applicable to them. This makes it essential to assess each company’s situation carefully before filing its Corporate Income Tax return.<\/p>\n The session also covered the key concepts used to determine the applicable tax rate, including the distinction between an active trading business and an asset-holding company, net turnover, and the criteria for qualifying as a newly established company.
