TAX ADVISOR-GENERALIST

We are looking for an experienced Tax Advisor for our offices.

Principal functions

  • Ensure that the company complies with all its legal obligations.
  • Know the company’s accounting in depth to identify tax opportunities.
  • Develop and apply strategies for study, advice and tax planning.
  • Prepare and present the periodic settlements of the different taxes to the respective administrations within the established deadlines.
  • Provide guidance regarding asset investments, increase or decrease in assets or changes in the legal personality of the company.
  • Effectively address the information requirements of the different public administration bodies.

Competencies

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in law firms, consultancies, agencies or similar.
  • Education Degree in Law, Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Master’s Degree in Taxation – Tax Consulting.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package
  • Languages: Native Catalan and Spanish, medium-high level of English will be valued.

TAX ADVISOR – TAX PROCEDURES

We are looking for an experienced Tax Advisor for our offices.

Principal functions

  • Representation of clients in tax inspection procedures.
  • Manage all types of tax requirements from any tax administration.
  • Provide advice to clients regarding the actions of tax collection bodies.
  • Drafting and preparation of documents in relation to the different tax administrations.
  • Preparation, presentation and monitoring of economic-administrative claims before the TEAR or TEAC.

Competencies

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in law firms, consultancies, agencies or similar.
  • Training preferably in a Law Degree. A Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar will also be considered.
  • Master’s Degree in Taxation – Tax Consulting.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package
  • Languages: Native Catalan and Spanish, medium level of English will be valued.

LABOR MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Labor Manager for our offices.

Principal functions

  • Advise clients on labor matters
  • Prepare the payroll process
  • Make security additions/deletions/modifications
  • Make employment contracts and their subsequent registration
  • Labor obligations with social security
  • Quarterly/monthly declarations of taxes linked to workers

Competencies

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in consulting, management or similar.
  • Training Degree in Labor Relations.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package, A3 program, SAGE is valued
  • Languages: Native Catalan and Spanish, medium-high level of English will be valued.
  • Mastery of labor law and social security matters

ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for an Accountant with experience and a tax base for our offices.

Principal functions

  • Carrying out accounting in its broad description (accounting with analytics, budget monitoring, sending monthly reporting, etc.) of the portfolio of assigned client companies.
  • Work closely with team members to manage said portfolio.
  • Realization and presentation of the settlements of recurring taxes that arise from the accounting of the assigned client portfolio.
  • Preparation of the Annual Closing of the assigned portfolio companies

Competencies

  • Professional experience of more than 3 years in consulting, management or similar.
  • Training Higher Degree Training Cycle in Administration and Finance, Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office package
  • Languages: Native Catalan and Spanish, medium-high level of English will be valued.
