Gabriel Albendea is an economist and has a Master’s degree in taxation from the Centro de Estudios Garrigues. He has extensive experience in corporate taxation of multinational groups with a presence in Spain. He has been a Senior Manager at KPMG Abogados, a firm where he has been for more than 12 years, beginning his professional career at PWC and in the tax department of Grupo Cortefiel.
He has extensive experience both in recurring tax advisory work and in business restructuring operations, M&A and tax groups in numerous economic sectors, including the renewables sector, as well as in tax inspections and litigation.
Likewise, Gabriel Albendea was part of the Tax Management Services team at KPMG, since its creation, developing projects related to good tax governance and compliance programs in relation to the improvement of internal tax risk control and management procedures in multinationals. from various economic sectors.
