addwill is committed to sustainable development

Our commitment to sustainability

At addwill, we’re deeply committed to sustainable development. We consider the ethical, social, and environmental impact of our work and the concerns of the wider community. We consistently follow government sustainability standards and conduct our business in an ethical and responsible way.

We care about our team’s well-being and professional growth. That’s why we promote a safe and healthy workplace, support fair employment practices, encourage knowledge-sharing, and foster a culture that supports work-life balance.

We’re also committed to ethical corporate governance, guided by transparency and risk management policies aligned with best practices.

Our social commitment

Corporate responsibility is at the core of our identity at addwill. Beyond providing legal and financial advice, we actively contribute to building a fairer, more inclusive society. That’s why we partner with nonprofit organizations dedicated to social inclusion, education, research, and supporting vulnerable communities.

These partnerships reflect the values that shape our work: closeness, solidarity, and responsibility.

Our partners include:

  • Fundació Talita

Supports children and young people with intellectual disabilities by working closely with their families, teachers, and communities to help them reach their full potential and achieve greater inclusion at school, at work, and in daily life.

  • Fundació Gràcia Actua

Offers direct support to vulnerable individuals and families in the Gràcia neighborhoods, working to strengthen social cohesion and reduce inequalities. The foundation combats social exclusion and loneliness while promoting values of solidarity and community.

  • Sant Joan de Déu – Fundació de Recerca

Drives biomedical research with a strong focus on child health. Its projects aim to improve the quality of life for patients and their families, while contributing to scientific progress and innovation in healthcare.
