Coordinated by Marc Ciutat, partner of addwill Tax department and head of training at the firm, several professionals from the company participated last year 2020 in a training project for job placement in which they collaborated with the Fundació de l´Esperança of la Obra Social de “la Caixa”, within the Incorpora social and labor insertion program.

The will of collaboration with the Foundation translated into offering a course to train accounting clerks aimed at a profile of students who, for the most part, were people with intermediate or higher studies in their countries of origin and who were looking for training that would provide them allow access to a job as an accounting clerk or clerk with accounting functions
The course was eminently practical and focused on offering basic knowledge of the legal and tax environment of the company and, above all, adaptation to the accounting of our country with special emphasis on the use of the A3CON program.
It must be said that the course was carried out successfully, and that the trainers were pleasantly surprised by the level of knowledge and motivation of the students. The course was completed with 100 hours of free internships in professional offices and companies.
Currently, 15 of the 20 people have found job opportunities.
