At addwill, we strongly believe in corporate social responsibility (CSR) as an essential strategy to generate a positive impact on society and the environment, providing solutions and improvements for our community and surroundings.
Our commitment to sustainable development is reflected in our daily practices, adhering to the UN’s sustainability criteria, maintaining ethical conduct with our stakeholders, and promoting the well-being, health, safety, and professional development of our employees, facilitating work-life balance.
As part of our CSR strategy, we support various non-profit organizations working in key areas of society. Below are the supports we offer:
- Fundació de l’Esperança, where we offer training courses in legal, tax, administrative, and accounting areas for individuals with medium or higher education in their countries of origin, facilitating their access to employment in Catalonia.
- Fundació Vallviva, which promotes inclusive cultural activities and leisure in the Garrotxa region, focusing on the well-being of people affected by cancer and supporting social projects with the proceeds from their festivals.
- Fundació Gràcia Actua, which supports social initiatives in the Gràcia neighborhood in Barcelona, involving young people and utilizing a network of volunteers for their solidarity activities, with the economic support and role of our partner David F. Capo as secretary of the foundation.
- Fundació Sant Joan de Déu for Research contributes to improving health by promoting research in maternal and child health, mental health, and vulnerable populations, collaborating with centers of Sant Joan de Déu.
At addwill, we are convinced that our corporate social responsibility initiatives strengthen our reputation, inspire pride in our employees, and help us attract and retain talent. Furthermore, they improve our relationships with stakeholders and society, allowing us to contribute to positive and sustainable projects in our community.
