On Monday, July 8, the Annual Convention and General Assembly of Members of In-move by Railgrup, named “Mobility Dialogues VIII,” was held at the Azzure Hotel in Lloret de Mar. This event, the most emblematic in the sector, featured the notable participation of David Andreu, managing partner at addwill.
The eighth edition of the Mobility Dialogues brought together a hundred representatives from companies and organizations to address future mobility challenges. The day began with a welcome from Sonia Araujo, president of the cluster and general director of Innovation, Sustainability, and Digital Transformation at Renfe, who emphasized the importance of these dialogues to anticipate sustainable and personalized solutions.
The event highlighted a new approach to leadership, more humanistic, feminine, humble, flexible, and resilient, present in all activities and talks. After the general assembly, where the accounts and budgets were approved, the new Strategic Vision of the cluster, developed by Lead to Change, was presented. Xavier Marcet, an innovation expert, gave a talk on humanistic management, emphasizing that “strategy is people.”
An inspiring round table, “Lessons from the All Blacks,” showed how the leadership and teamwork principles of the famous rugby team can be applied in the business field. Additionally, the Mobility Dialogues 2024 Awards were presented, recognizing innovative projects in mobility and logistics.
The event concluded with the workshop “Lessons from Failure,” where challenges and strategies to foster collaborative innovation were shared. In the afternoon, participants enjoyed a “rocker” moment, creating a relaxed atmosphere and strengthening the bonds among attendees.
