On October 2nd, addwill took part in the Esade Law Career Fair, an annual event organized by the Esade Careers team at their Pedralbes campus. The purpose of this fair is to help students transition into their professional careers, and we were proud to be one of the 48 firms participating.
Representing addwill at our booth were Albert Folguera, partner in the tax department; Natàlia Luengo, HR director; and Román Cortasa, a tax department professional.
Throughout the event, students had several ways to interact with the firms:
Company Pitch: short presentations giving an overview of each law firm and company.
A Day in the Life: talks that provided an in-depth look at the roles and responsibilities within different positions at a firm.
Booth Area: an open space where HR representatives could interact with students and answer general questions.
1-on-1 Interviews: individual meetings with recruiters to kick off the selection process, subject to prior confirmation.
Selection Process Activities: group exercises, technical tests, and assessments conducted by some firms to evaluate candidates.
At addwill, we provide continuous training in specialized areas, internal training, and language courses, along with internship and job opportunities in various legal fields, including tax, corporate, civil, and labor law.
For us, participating in the ESADE fair was a fantastic opportunity to work alongside renowned firms and contribute to the professional growth of future talent. Our booth was a great meeting point where we could connect with students and offer them internships and job opportunities in our areas of expertise.
