On July 30th, addwill hosted its annual summer party in Barcelona — a chance to wish the whole team a great summer break and to celebrate our fifth anniversary together.
The event was a unique opportunity to relax, enjoy each other’s company, and connect with colleagues we do not often get to meet in person, strengthening ties across our different offices while showing appreciation for everyone’s hard work and dedication.
Throughout the day, we shared some delicious snacks, followed by giant paella and fideuà prepared especially for the occasion. Everyone wore name tags to make it easier to mingle, and we organized several team-building activities designed to reflect addwill’s spirit of teamwork and our core values: sharing, collaboration, and moving forward together.
