Albert Folguera, Tax Partner at addwill, and Beatriz Argilés, Director of the firm’s International Desk, attended the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG) World Conference, held at the Westin Excelsior Hotel in Rome, Italy, from 21 to 24 October 2025.
Albert Folguera represented addwill during the session “Residence and Passports”, where he analyzed the recent CJEU ruling on citizenship by investment and its implications for inbound tax incentives. It was a pleasure to join the panel alongside Joao Luís Araujo and Gordon Mifsud.
