Addwill is taking another step forward in Barcelona. The firm has brought on GBS, a team of five professionals that includes its founding partners, Núria Garrido and Eduard Soler.
GBS advises companies and individuals on legal and tax matters. Its day-to-day work covers tax planning, both domestic and international, tax deductions for the cultural sector and R&D projects, restructurings and family business succession, and real estate investment.
The deal fits Addwill‘s strategic plan. The Catalan-founded firm has chosen to grow through integrations. It also strengthens Addwill’s French desk, since GBS’s professionals have extensive experience working with French-speaking clients and investors with interests in Spain.
