During the years 2019 and 2020, three articles by Albert Folguera Ventura, President of the Tax and Financial Law Section of l’ICAB, were published in Món Jurídic, the Revista de l’l·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacio de Barcelona , as well as CEO and Partner at Addwill. Brexit and the attempt to recover or consolidate national sovereignties in some Member States of the European Union that may suggest a crisis, after more than 20 years of enjoying the benefits of economic and monetary union.
