Cristina Alcaraz, Director of addwill‘s labor litigation department, has been appointed conciliator and mediator of the Labor Court of Catalunya on behalf of PIMEC.
The Labor Court of Catalunya is an out-of-court conflict resolution body whose essential mission is to promote, facilitate and provide mechanisms for the voluntary resolution of labor conflicts, whether individual or collective, always under the principles of equality, impartiality, independence, orality, free of charge, hearing and contradiction. Its composition is equal, being part of the employers’ association (PIMEC and FTN) and the trade union organizations (UGT and CCOO).
