Núria Flaquer, partner and director of the litigation department of addwill and deputy of the Governing Board of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), has published on March 8, 2023 in the digital newspaper for legal professionals “Legal Today”, on the occasion of the International Day of Working Women, an article entitled “Reclaiming equality through the legacy of Maria Soteras Mauri”.
In this sense, in the article Núria Flaquer reviews the claim for gender equality through the figure of Maria Soteras Mauri, the first woman to join the ICAB in 1927, to practice law in Catalunya and to graduate from the Faculty of Law from the University of Barcelona.
