Jesús Osuna will lead our Corporate & Technology Law division, bringing over 25 years of experience advising companies, start-ups, scale-ups, investors, and institutions focused on innovation and technology transfer. His expertise will allow us to expand our specialized legal services in the tech sector—an industry that is constantly evolving and increasingly in need of legal and financial guidance.
Meanwhile, Jordi Vilardell will bolster our International Taxation team and will be based in Brussels, where we plan to open a new office in 2025. With extensive experience advising expatriates, executives, and international officials, as well as handling tax incentives and audit procedures, he will help us provide highly specialized services to clients with global mobility.
