The entire addwill team is proud to introduce Maika Nin Sans, the new Director of the addwill office in Andorra.
Maika Nin graduated in Management and Public Administration from Pompeu Fabra University, where she also completed a postgraduate degree in auditing. She has a degree in Political Science and Administration from the University of Barcelona. She has a diploma of advanced studies in Public International Law and a master’s degree in international relations.
She was a founding partner of the Andorran company Triple A for 8 years and led the tax practice, foreign investment and accounting advice.
Before founding Triple A, Maika Nin developed her career in the audit and tax advisory departments of Alfa Capital, a firm where she worked for 7 years.
She is an expert in auditing and tax advice to companies and individuals. She has participated in the modification of the Business Accounting Law to adapt it to the entry into force of the corporate tax.
In recent years, she has collaborated in various publications on accounting issues and the Andorran tax system.
Likewise, he has advised public sector entities in the preparation of quarterly and annual accounting and budget management information, in accordance with the provisions of the General Law of Public Finances and the General Public Accounting Plan, carrying out reviews of the budget reports and providing technical support to the staff of the entities at the time of preparing and reviewing the accounting and budget information.
Additionally, from the beginning of 2012 and until 2019, she served as CEO of Finance, Accounting, Administration and New Technologies of the Comú of Andorra la Vella.
