After the proclamation of the new governing board of the ICAB in the elections of June 3, headed by the new dean Mª Eugènia Gay, our Director of the addwill Procedural Department, Núria Flaquer Molinas takes office again as a deputy in the ICAB (Il·lustre Col·legi de l’Advocacia de Barcelona) after four years in office.
In the words of the dean herself, the entire re-elected candidacy is committed to building a stronger, more united and more respected Legal Profession, thus contributing to a more just, more egalitarian and freer society. Among its objectives and future challenges to be consolidated, she highlights the creation of an Observatory of the Rights of the Person and the Observatory of Personal Insolvency to give new impetus to the Second Chance mechanism.
Likewise, she has stated that the setting up of these two observatories is intended to connect with the Law Research Center, to turn Barcelona into a cluster for the study and analysis of Law.
From addwill, we wish our colleague the best in this new stage as a Deputy that she begins at the ICAB.
