Núria Flaquer, partner in charge of the Litigation Department at addwill and member of the Governing Board of the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), played a key role in the 2025 elections by serving on the electoral committee.
The committee, made up of representatives from various sections of the Bar and members of the Governing Board, was responsible for ensuring that the entire electoral process was conducted transparently and in full compliance with the applicable regulations.
Over the one-and-a-half-day voting period, the committee handled questions and resolved incidents to ensure a smooth and orderly process. Once the vote count was complete, the president and secretary signed off on the official results.
The process concluded with the inauguration of the new dean, held on July 3rd at ICAB’s headquarters.
Beyond her involvement in the elections, Núria Flaquer also leads several strategic areas within the Bar Association, including the Women Lawyers’ Committee, the Disability Rights Committee, the Committee for Family Equality, the Delegations, and the Observatory for Full Equality. She also serves as the Auditor of Accounts.
