Payroll Technician – Labor Advisor

Your mission

Provide comprehensive labor advice and manage the entire payroll cycle and related procedures for clients

What you will do

  • Labor and Social Security advisory

  • Monthly payroll calculation and management

  • Registration, termination, and modifications in Social Security (RED/SILTRA)

  • Drafting contracts and extensions

  • Processing sick leaves and other permits

  • Tax filings (111, 190…)

  • Handling official notifications

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar

  • 3+ years of experience in advisory firms or payroll services

  • Knowledge of labor regulations and Social Security

  • Proficiency in A3NOM (SAGE is a plus)

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Native Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus

  • Autonomous, responsible, and client-oriented

Accounting Consultant

Your mission

Support the accounting management of the client portfolio, ensuring correct recording and account closure

What you will do

  • Record operations according to the General Accounting Plan (PGC)

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

  • Prepare annual accounts and simple corporate tax returns

  • Perform bank reconciliations and accounting analyses

  • Provide support in queries and collaborate with other departments

What we are looking for

  • Higher Degree in Administration and Finance or similar

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience (advisory firms a plus)

  • Knowledge of the General Accounting Plan and current regulations

  • Experience with regional and simple corporate taxes

  • Proficiency in A3 ERP-CON and Excel

  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented

Tax Advisor – Generalist

Your mission

Ensure clients’ tax compliance while providing advice and strategies for tax optimization.

What you will do

  • Prepare and file tax returns

  • Advice on tax planning and investments

  • Analyze accounting records to identify tax-saving opportunities

  • Respond to requests from public authorities

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or similar

  • Master’s in taxation / Tax Advisory

  • 3+ years of experience in professional firms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Native Catalan and Spanish; English is a plus
