Josep Maria Moré, Of Counsel of the addwill Department of Mergers and Acquisitions, will give the training course “Keys to successful leadership: what and how macroeconomics can impact your business” from November 18 to 28 at the Centre de Competències Tecnològiques, organized by the Chamber of Barcelona.
The course aims to provide a practical approach to basic knowledge of the variables that affect both growth and cost expectations for companies, the contents of which will be as follows:
- Practical access to European statistical sources. Control panel of economic variables. Reading and interpretation.
- The demand side: GDP (PIB) and its components.
- Money: the effects on the money market of interest rates, exchange rates and inflation.
- Expectations: the real engine of the entire system.
- Fitting all the pieces together. How can an economic variable affect the whole set?
Josep Maria Moré has a degree in Economics Sciences and Business, an MBA from IESE and works as a consultant in corporate restructuring processes and M&A processes in SMEs. He is a specialist in corporate strategy and sits on several Boards of Directors.
