Albert Folguera and Beatriz Argilés, partner of the tax department of addwill and director of the International Desk of addwill, respectively, attended the spring conference of the International Tax Specialist Group (ITSG) that took place in Dublin, Ireland, from May 16 to 17, 2024.
Likewise, Albert Folguera participated as a speaker in the session dedicated to VAT and addressed the issues of VAT in holding companies and the applicable regime of permanent establishments.
The conference also addressed other tax matters of great interest, such as the tax system in Ireland, comparative analysis of European holding companies, or the situation of Inheritance and Donations Tax at a European level.
