On April 6, 2022, the deadline for filing the Personal Income Tax and Wealth Tax returns for the 2021 period opens. The deadline for filing ends on June 30, 2022.
If you are interested in having addwill prepare your tax return(s), we will need you to send us, via email, the following information:
1.- If addwill prepared your return(s) for the 2020 period:
- The validity date of your DNI;
- The detailed documentation in the attached annex. (click here)
2.- If addwill did not prepare your return(s) for the 2020 period:
- Copy of your valid DNI, indicating its validity date.
- Copy of the Personal Income Tax and Wealth Tax returns filed for the 2020 period.

As soon as we have received all the requested documentation and the declaration(s) is/are prepared, your tax advisor will contact you to review the result of the declaration(s) and proceed in your case, to the presentation of them.
We take this opportunity to remind you that for the 2021 period it is still mandatory to file the Wealth Tax return if it exceeds the exempt minimum of €500,000 (excluding the habitual residence up to €300,000).
