Albert Folguera, managing partner at addwill and tax expert, will deliver an online training session on the “Updates on the Anti-fraud Law: Verifactu Regulation” on April 11, 2024, from 9:30 to 11:30 am, organized by Wolters Kluwer Academy.
In this session, Albert Folguera will present the updates included in the Verifactu Regulation, and its compatibility with the Electronic Invoicing project.
The agenda will cover the following points: Law 11/2021 on measures for the prevention and combating of tax fraud; the regulatory development of the Anti-fraud Law, including the implementation of Verifactu systems; and coexistence with the obligations of the Verifactu Regulation with the future electronic invoice.
Albert Folguera is a member of the Expert Group on Indirect Taxation of AEDAF and associate professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona.
